I sent my resume online. HR called within a couple days and wanted an interview. I interviewed with her and then she wanted me to go interview with the manager at the branch I would work at. So I left and interviewed with that branch. They basically asked the same questions that HR did. I got hired about 10 days later.
Phone screen with a recruiter. Followed up with a short in person interview. The followed up over email to let me know that I didn't get the position. Overall, they were very nice.

Phone screen, then in person interview. The people were kinder than most places I have interviewed. Make sure to dress the part, I felt underdressed. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, there were about 8 customer service related questions.

Very nice and professional . Excited to hopeful start working for them as I enjoy the banking world and help clients with financial needs. They offer good benefits. Pay Is ok. Hrs are nice with weekends off.
