Very comfortable process and recruiter is very honest. They give you all the details on expectations of the role and try to make sure you fully understand what your applying for.
The interview is structured behavioral style process, and some further discussions around the role and if you have any questions.
Applied online. Quick process. Everything very clear and direct. Not much experience needed. The entire process took about two weeks and you will be onboard. No wasted time at all.
I interviewed for a management position as advertised, however during the interview it turned out to be a cashier's position instead. The lady that interviewed me confirmed when asked that they don't require previous experience, however she politely explained that I would me more suitable for a cashier's or cook's position and gently turned the interview in thaf direction.
