I had multiple interviews and all of them were professional and direct. I interviewed at three different locations and each time I spoke with two people, generally the Store manager and assistant store manager. We were professional asked/answered questions mutually, conversed and then parted ways. I am good at interviews and I could tell I stood out and impressed them.

It was an extremely easy interview process. I sat with the store manager for around 20 minutes. They have material they go through for the interview, almost like a workbook. You'll be asked questions about your work history, and how you handled certain customer service situations. You'll be asked about how you'd handle customer and employee escalations, and also times you made a customers day better.
