Applied online, and then was called in for an interview. Online application involves a personality test. The process was a couple weeks, which is better than some places. However, the manager at this particular was unorganized and kind of weird, so I took a job with another company. They do drug test, as do ALL pharmacy jobs.
Simple and quick, just asking for previous experience. All other questions were pretty much related to interpersonal communication, as well as a couple "would you be willing to cover other roles if needed"
Easy, they ask questions and expect genuine answers. Had 2 interviews and they went very well. I was asked about previous experience which I didn’t have but they were understanding of that
The interview process was straightforward and efficient, with easy, clear questions that required minimal extra preparation. I also appreciated how promptly the interview was scheduled and conducted, which made the overall experience smooth and respectful of my time.
