They care mostly about availability and they don’t really look at your experience. They ask questions about you on what would you do situations which they are easy. It’s a pretty smooth process.
Very straightforward, behavioral interview style. The shift and store manager interviewed me, they were very understanding and easy to talk to. The questions were all based on you, your past experiences, and how they can help with being a CSA.

Describe a time where you made a mistake and took the initiative to deal with that mistake.
I applied online. I interviewed at Walgreens (Canton, OH)
Interview
Asked about my prior work history. Mostly talked about if I was a good fit for the night shift. Talked for a while but a lot of it was just conversation rather than interview questions.
They sat me down for a couple questions, very simple. They shuffled people in and out pretty quick, but if you're talkative and honest it seems likely you'll get through.
