Depends on the manager conducting the interview but usually there's a script of 5-7 questions that are all behavioral interview style questions. They, like most businesses use these because they feel them to get more honest responses.

Casual, not difficult. Might hire you on the spot which I wouldn’t recommend taking if you’re applying for specifically the Van Aken location. But if you’re desperate, have at it. It’s really hard to NOT get the job.
