Interview Process consist by applying online and finish the 1st assessment IN THE STORE. You call the particular store you're interested in and let the MGT know. Once they pull your profile they will call you for a screening and another assessment. If you pass, they will give you the paper to go to a lab and get a drug test. Once Background check and drug test are clear, you get called again for a second interview (by now, you're already hired) but they will discuss your position, salary and availability.
