Sat down with the Pharmacy manager & the runner-up manager. They asked me a bunch of behavioral customer service questions, they literally had a pamphlet of questions. I was offered the position shortly after.

The interview process was fairly quick. I met with the pharmacy manager and answered questions about my past experience, availability, and references. I heard back from the store manager shortly after and was extended an offer.

Interview
I applied Thursday night. Got a call on Friday morning and was asked could I come in the same day for an interview. I interviewed at 2:00 PM and got a call around 4:30 with a job offer.
I honestly think she just liked me off the bat. She had pages stapled together that had questions on them but she didn't ask any of them on the paper. It felt like I was talking to a friend and we were catching up and what I've been up to.
