The interview process with Walker Zanger's team was professional and timely. Started with a phone interview, followed by 3 zoom interviews with the recruiter, then VP and then Director of HR. Culminated with an in-person interview at the Walker Zanger offices where I met with the VPs. Great team!
Initial phone interview was with search firm principal, followed by a Zoom interview a few days later. Referred to hiring manager (VP of HR, located in Florida) and had a Zoom interview with her followed by a Zoom interview with another regional HR Director. I was then invited to interview in person at the office in Van Nuys where I met with the HR team and two VPs. The final decision took longer than expected and they went with another applicant with previous industry experience. The process was thorough and professional, and I really enjoyed meeting with the various team members.
