I applied through their website and LinkedIn. I got an initial phone interview with the HR manager. The initial phone interview last about 20 minutes with all basic general questions, such as what is your strength, why choose Walker and Dunlop, What is your weakness etc. A few days later, I went to the office in person interview. I spoke with the HR VP and HR Assistant for 30 minutes, then two VPs for 30 minutes, then SVP for 20 minutes. No technical questions, mostly talked about yous past experience, how your past work experience related to the position you applied, what do you see yourself in five years etc.
