I interviewed there, and the HR team initially asked me to complete the first assessment round, which lasted approximately 3 hours. The questions were extremely difficult. There were 4 programming questions, all of them very lengthy and complex. In my opinion, it was nearly impossible to complete them within 3 hours; realistically, it would take around 10–12 hours.
However, I was selected for the screening round, where HR asked me the following questions:
1. Introduction
2. Current CTC
3. Notice Period
I gave my introduction in English and spoke for around 7–8 lines about my work experience and technologies.
Despite this, I was rejected.
My concern is that if they wanted to evaluate communication skills, they should have conducted the screening round before the online assessment. That way, I would not have wasted 3 hours taking such a lengthy assessment.
