Walla Walla University interview questions

Pretty basic, I basically got the job right off the bat. I was essentially just asked about my personality and work values, and then I was offered a position. It's not a difficult job to get after all.

There was no interview. I asked if they had any positions open, and the head of the department said yes then we talked about what the job would entail for about thirty or forty minutes. This may be a weird experience, but it happened to me.
