Interview
There were several stages of the interview. It wasn't always transparent what was going on. They offered to talk in parallel about several roles (a separate stage for each).
There was completely different requirements for these roles (in one they were looking for more technical specialists, in the other - with good soft skills. This depended on the person who conducted the interview,
although the responsibilities and specifics of the work were the same for both roles.
overall, I liked it and joined the team.

One of the most toxic recruitment process I ever experienced. I applied for several similar roles in a year. Every time they told me that I wasn't suitable, but they never told me why. Sometimes their decision was fast, sometimes I had to wait up to 2 months. And each time they sent a survey asking how clear did they describe why wasn't I suitable.

Interview
The initial interview was quite pleasant. The recruiter was polite and professional, yet open and friendly. I received detailed info on the company and the position, and was given time to tell about myself.

The interview went well. General questions about experience. They asked if I was willing to relocate to Belgrade, but after the interview, they said they couldn't hire me due to difficulties with obtaining a work permit.
