I applied in December 2021, got a response a month later to participate in a digital assessment, powered by HireVue. They give you 2 days to complete that. They ask you a series of questions that you have 3 takes to record and send. 2 weeks later I got a follow up interview with the Associate Manager and Senior Event Manager. Everything went well from there and a week later I got my final interview with the VP of Events on Feb 2nd. After the interview I reached back out but they did not make a final decision until Feb22 when I found out I did not get the role. Of course I was bummed I did not get this role as this was my dream job and everyone was very nice and gave good vibes and I thought I did great. I reached out for feedback to why and did not get a response. But overall a very positive professional experience.
