The process was honestly super disappointing because I had met a recruiter at an event and she didn't even bother showing up for our planned Zoom informational meeting. Then, when I reached out to her, she gaslit me into saying we never had a meeting. I sent her read receipts and confirmation emails that she had confirmed and she ghosted me and never apologized. If that's the way the company operates then I don't want to be employed at such a careless company. Had the recruiter just admitted her mistake and just rescheduled, it would have been a different story but this was uncalled for.
