Overall very poor candidate experience First round shortlist was pretty fast and a recruiter reached out via email. On interview day the recruiter missed the call and citing laptop battery ran out during his previous meeting. Call was pushed to later part of the day. The chat was great tbh. The recruiter was attentive and answered all my questions. Interview ended with telling me what the next steps are. Waited for more than a month but no news. Sent a follow up email but no news too. Kept seeing the same job being posted after that. Extremely poor candidate experience for an established company
