A group interview and then a solo one. I think they wanted to see how we worked as a team but also how comfortable we were with taking charge and listening to each other. We were given things to rate in order of importance.
Group activities and then a one on one if successful at the group stage. Group stage was very interactive including a performance for an area in the castle. Lots of opportunities to shine. They then decided who from the groups would get interview - not everyone did
