Not too bad, some qualities they are looking are being pro-active, understanding how to look for specs. and understand their strategic plan. They are also looking fr people who have undergrad background.

Interview
Really straightforward and brief. Each step of the process had a very low turnaround time and that was really shocking for a government agency. The office secretary did an amazing job laying out the entire process and having the process go as smoothly as it did.
