Submitted application online using a Craigslist post. Phone Interview. Tell us about your knowledge of promoting wine? Wanted someone with wine knowledge even if the person had a background in communications. Org has new ED. Lots of turn-over in management at org. Also wanted someone with experience working with associations with members. Wanted someone adept at managing relationships of members.
