The first phone interviews were fairly routine asking questions about why I was interested in the company and my previous experience woth engineering. First in person interview they had me look at technical drawings the related to their products and asked how much I could understand.

Meet lead engineer from each trade, electric, mechanical, control, process, engineering manager and owner. Learned each persons responsibilities and discussed day to day operations. Was provided tour of mfg floor.
