they called me and offered instead a job not related to my experience and expertise like they didn't read my CV. I declined and ask about the job I applied for. They said they will send me an email about it and I never heard back from them

Pre interview over the phone and formal face to face interview after. Interview panel for formal I review included hiring manager and a SME. Pre interview was with HR recruiter.
