Interview
I recently went through the interview process with this company and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The process started in mid-February and included a phone interview, a Zoom interview, and then a third interview in person, which required me to travel over four hours. On top of that, I was asked to complete a DISC assessment and provide references, which were contacted.
I put a significant amount of time and effort into this process, so it was frustrating that communication toward the end was slow and unclear. After waiting for an update, I ultimately received a generic rejection email, which felt very impersonal considering how involved the process was.
The third interview especially stood out in a negative way. I was asked a large number of questions, and many of them felt excessive or not relevant to the role. Some questions even focused on things from my high school experience, which didn’t seem to have anything to do with my current qualifications or the position. It made the interview feel unnecessarily long and unfocused.
Overall, the process felt drawn out and disorganized and didn’t show much respect for candidates’ time, especially given the travel and additional steps required. I would strongly suggest improving communication, keeping interviews focused on relevant experience, and being more thoughtful with candidates who make it to the final stages.

Interview
First I had a discovery phone call and then a zoom interview. Said they would be in contact within a week of each. Interviewer was friendly-ish but was definitely checking boxes when asking questions and couldn’t answer a lot of my follow up ones. There was no room for natural conversation, and both times I interviewed with them they were rushed to the point where both of my interviews started late and ended early. Very strange vibes, weirdly sketchy

Interview
The job description for this role is NOT accurate. In the interview, company says they are looking for 2+ years, paid, full-time experience. Interviewer was very unprofessional when discussing salary and pay expectations. Couldn’t clarify the pay structure/bonuses. Very sketchy.
