Interview
First met for a lunch near the office with a partner and a staff member. Later got a call back for an office visit where I interviewed with two other partners and toured the office.

Question 1
None really - very laid back and straightforward interview. I enjoyed the process.
There were questions like:
"What did you do in your previous job?"
"What are you looking for in a firm?"
"Tell me about a time when you had a conflict you had to resolve and how did you resolve it?"
