Our most sincere apologies for the communication issues during your phone interview which resulted in a less than ideal experience for you. Our bluetooth headsets had just been installed with the intention of improving sound quality during interviews, but unfortunately we had technical issues during our call. We can assure you, however, that the communication breakdown did not affect our recruitment process process in any way, and that none of our hiring decisions are based on the phone interview alone, which is why we have a very thorough process that includes written assessments and reviews by multiple team members.
