The interviewer seemed somewhat inattentive and more interested in the company than me as an applicant. I often had to repeat answers and don't think I was able to fully present my application and interest, in addition to not getting a very clear idea of the work that it would entail. Might be the right fit for someone else but overall I received slightly immature, almost fratty feelings of the company based on the interview.
Need improvements in hiring etiquette. Technical recruiter mentioned my LinkedIn background fits the role and asked for CV and a time to talk. I spent my time to make one and shared hoping for a initial conversation. Once provided, no response even after follow ups. The interview process does not reflect well on how they treat people.
