Lousiest ever had. Delayed by 1 hr from 2pm to 3pm. Interviewers arrived late for another 20+ mins. Interview started at 3.30pm. Completely wasting of time as the senior engineer too ego to listen, Justify candidate capability with own oldschool mindset. Showing impatient attitude in the beginning of interview. Changing interview language to mandarin ( fine to me), Asking question in mandarin and the way not ensuring the candidate understand the criteria yet requesting the candidate to fully able to explain the mechanism of their product, which hardly make any sense. Eventually, not declaring the correct answer or open to discuss regarding the mechanism of product, just playing old schoold uncle style to ask the candidate go back think urself. The entire interview session is not fruitful and is a waste of time as the interviewers playing ego style, not take it serious and not willing to share more regarding what the company actually working on and what the position actually contributing to the company. Please join the company if the candidate enjoying the dictator style as the "senior" like to behave as Dynasty Qing mindset.
