WeArisma Customer Success Manager (CSM) interview questions

The interview process was a very standard and generic first round. I was asked only generic questions and then told some details about the CSM function and the role responsibilities. Unfortunately I never heard back after the interview, despite sending a follow up email a couple of days after. Poor communication.
