I had the opportunity to go through two stages of interviews with your company, and I appreciated the clear communication and professionalism during those initial stages. However, I’d like to share my feedback regarding the final stage of the process.
After completing the initial interviews, the final interview was scheduled but then unexpectedly canceled due to management's unavailability. I understand that schedules can be tight, but this change was disappointing. Following that, I was asked to complete a lengthy survey that took about an hour, with questions that were quite similar to those already addressed during the interviews.
While I did eventually receive feedback, it took a considerable amount of time, and by then, my impression of the company had unfortunately diminished.
