Wework had the most horrible jaded recruiting process...these recruiters truly do not care about you-they treat you like you are just another rung on the ladder... I have interviewed with Wework twice via google hangouts with the SAME recruiter and had the SAME negative experience. The funniest thing is that the recruiter failed to even recognize me or my resume the second time around and gave me a dirty confused look when I said "it was nice connecting with you again!" and didn't even bother to make conversation that we had in fact spoken and connected before!!! super underwhelming and just left a bad taste in my mouth. Also on BOTH occasions to the SAME recruiter I had sent a nice follow up email after my interview and BOTH times zero reply and zero follow up. Was ghosted by the recruiter TWO TIMES. Strange thing is that after I shared with the recruiter that I've been laid off and unemployed for a small amount of time she was all like "reach out to me whenever and ill see what I can do.....blantant lies. Wouldn't surprise me if they talk bad about the candidates that they ghost on. Such poor and disheartening recruiting practices. These recruiters don't understand that we are real people and our time is just as valuable as theirs so when they ghost on you it's really rude and a poor execution of their job.
