The first step was a recorded video interview. I believe there were about three questions that I could only read and think about for about 30 seconds to 1 minute before having to answer in front of my computer's camera. It's set up so that I only got one shot to answer each question - very nerve-wracking and unnatural. Apparently I did better than I thought, and I had a phone interview with the recruiter. This was pretty standard. Third step was an in-person interview. The interview was with two recruiters. Both were friendly and pleasant, but I got the sense they didn't prepare or coordinate much. I never heard back after my interview despite following up. I can understand not receiving a rejection email after a phone interview, but not after I interview onsite.
