I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at WeWork in Feb 2021
Interview
Applied online and then within 2 weeks had a video call with a recruiter from USA. Video call was standard screening (why do you want to work at WeWork, what inspires you, tell me about your experience). Several weeks later I was scheduled to meet with the hiring manager over video call. Went into specific details about my career experience and leadership style. Discussion went on for about 1.5 hours, felt conversation flowed and was easy to make a personal connection. Next step was completing an assignment/project if I had passed this round of interviews. Sent the standard thank you email to the hiring manager, never heard back. Followed up with the recruiter, never heard back. They essentially just ghosted and disappeared. After 5 weeks of going through a process and meeting the hiring manager, I would expect an email or notification to say my application is no longer proceeding instead of silence.
Very professional and relevant to the job. Respect my time. Had one interview. Got the answers fast. Kept in touch though the entire process. Explained the role as needed and answered all
My questions.
Initial fielding call with the talent agent, followed by three separate follow-up interviews with various levels of management and concluding with a final comprehensive interview conducted by the local on-site team.
The interview process is very long and time taking and it takes about 2-3 months to get completed. They have about 5-7 interview rounds hierarchy wise starting from the direct manager or colleague to the top management
