The process was very easy. You are asked to submit your resume along with a sample. If they like it, they will ask you write around 500 words to test your writing skills. The assignment is generally a news piece or a blog article. They will check and inform you if you are selected. You will then get a call from the CEO to confirm the position. The interviewers are very friendly. The only downside is the process took around twenty days which doesn't not let look for other opportunities.
