Long and complicated over 2 months. Requires a lot of effort and preparation with zero to little feedback post final stage, which is disappointing given the amount of time a candidate has to put in.
I'd approach interviewing for a role at this company with caution unless you have time to spare.
Recruiter interview 30 minutes, personality test 30 minutes, hiring manager interview 1H, 1 week to prepare a case study + panel interview 1H, HR interview 30M, and a 1.5H final round with a VP and HR.
Most of the people working there seem nice, they tell you upfront that it's a long process. The hiring manager was very supportive through the process but it seems they do not have any say in the hiring decision.
VP showed up late to final interview with no interview questions and just pulled some questions based off items on resume.
