Submitted application form and invited for an assessment center a month later. I was somewhat disappointed by the sheer number of candidates they were interviewing for eight positions (well near 100). My interviewers seemed fatigued as they were seeing a never-ending stream of candidates. I think the firm could do more to shortlist candidates before inviting them for interview. The interview seemed to want mechanical, rehearsed answers rather than to invite genuine discussion- box ticking rather than a genuine assessment. I chalk this up to them speaking to far too many candidates in person .

Very easy going and friendly interview, they make a great effort to make you feel at ease. The best written assessment is also very straightforward and doesn’t require preparation in advance
