The interview process started off well. A recruiter reached out to me, communication was prompt, and I quickly met with the hiring manager. Shortly after, I was invited to an on-site interview with three team members. Each interview went very well, and I was told I was a strong fit and that the team was excited about moving forward. After the onsite, communication completely stopped. I followed up with the recruiter multiple times by both email and phone with no response. About a week later, the recruiter finally replied asking for my availability to discuss feedback. I responded the same day, but never heard back again. The experience left me disappointed. Regardless of the hiring decision, candidates deserve timely communication and closure after investing significant time in the interview process. The office itself was nice, but the lack of professionalism in the hiring process overshadowed the overall experience. Don't apply here.
