Received one phone interview. Never got a call back even after sending three follow up emails to them. The interviewer was friendly and since it was only a first interview the questions were fairly basic. The interview took about thirty minutes and I was told I would receive a call back the following week and never heard back.
They let me wait for a long time and did't tell what happened . It was very rude and unprofessional. After interview they said very good and should wait another director. But, they never call me again. Even asked HR, whether I was failed, they still said "no, just wait". If people not fit for you, just say it! why gave people hope but is not.
