There were three rounds of interviews, I found the interviewers to be challenging and engaging. All the interviewers were kind and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. The recruiter, Hector was incredibly transparent and communicative which kept me motivated. I enjoyed the interview conversations and felt like I could be transparent and genuine as they returned the same energy.

Question 1
I was asked about how I deal with rejection and failure.
I spoke with someone in HR. She asked me questions that were offf a script. They were basic and barely had any thought to it. The person ended the call without even giving me time to ask questions about the job. I've been working for 15+ years and that has never happened in my experience interviewing or interviewing a prospective hire. You really need to reevaluate your hiring process. Very bad experience

Very basic questions . The person was literally reading off a script. The person didn't even ask follow up questions regarding what we discussed. Just went on to new questions that had nothing to do with what we spoke about.
It was very obvious they had no idea what they were doing.

We had a friendly conversation about the general situation before being asked to talk about myself, my professional background, etc..
