A lot of the interviews didn’t feel structured, and instead of being asked questions about my experience, much of the time was spent explaining the role.Overall communication was slow, timelines weren’t clear, and feedback wasn’t provided after the interview process

Very Professional, to the point. Good energy/ attitude. Interview was conducted by HR and direct manager. Not a lot of questions. They did ask what was my salary expectation and they shared the budget range for the role as well.
