Casual sit down with Manager. Typical management interview questions regarding handling staff, stress, complaints, etc. Definitely tried to create casual conversation to learn more about private life that they can't ask point blank about. Felt like I was at a meeting about promoting the company rather than an interview. Only asked a few questions. Wasn't a good fit for me.

Screening phone call received to determine if there was still interest in the position. Interview held via Microsoft Teams a few days later, two members took turns asking questions. Interview took approx 30 minutes to complete.
