I had 2 interviews, 1 with HR and another one with the local office that acts as a contract provider in Argentina. I was presented with an offer (compensation and benefits) and told that I still had to undergo 1 or 2 more interviews that would be scheduled the next week. After two weeks, they emailed and said they were looking for someone with more skills and experience... the position required 2 years of experience, I have 20, I don't know how many more they needed.

Very casual, easy and relaxed. Just a few questions about why I want to apply for the job. The interviewer was on time and asked me exactly what I did in my previous, related to this position job.

The first interview went well. The interviewer seemed interested in having a second call. She said she would let me know in a day or so. After that, complete silence. I wrote her twice to see if there were any updates, but no response. If a company can't spend two minutes to write "no, thank you" email, you are better off looking elsewhere. This is a reflection of their company culture.
