I applied online, the job vacancy had already been posted about 2-3 weeks ago. The interviewer was very laid-back, almost to the point where he he did not care much, and, indeed, towards the end of the interview he told me that they had already decided on some candidates for the role and admitted that the chances that they change their mind were very small.
