I applied on indeed and few days later, got message for interview. Got interviewed by a shift manager and was selected. It was good working with Wendys, good team collaboration and work culture.

Why should I hire you? Strengths and weakness, what are your accomplishments, Questions on previous experiences.
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
