The interview process was refreshing. I think Werfen has built an in house staffing type firm as I have never interviewed at a company in my 30 years where I was catered to throughout the entire process. The lead recruiter Noah was so passionate about his company when he recruited me that I had to at least check it out. Ultimately I did not get the Director role I was interviewing for, but when my son finish's his MBA, Noah at Werfen will be getting his resume. Thank you for such a great experience!
