Applied for the position, got a call about a week later to set up interview. There was no phone screening. Interview was a panel of 5 HR employees. It was very laid back, the interviewers were very nice, interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Each interviewer takes a turn asking a question. Questions aren't very difficult. Not sure if I will get the final offer yet but overall a positive experience.
