Interview
30 minute phone interview. Applied by email from University informing on positions still open at West Monroe. Interview was 30 minute phone interview, interviewer was very nice, standard questions. Did not receive offer.
Applied online. Then a hirevue to superday online, superday was three interviews in a row, one case one behavioral and one skills assessment. Got the call a few days later extending an offer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at West Monroe (New York, NY) in Feb 2025
Interview
Had to do two short Hireview videos for the first round.
For the second round I did one case, one behavioral, and one skills. (each 45 min) Three different interviewers as well.
It was a multitask process with many steps and a lot of questions. Part of it was behavioral. Part of it was case study. Overall was fun and a challenge.
