West Point interview questions

The AP position is a 3-year, non-renewable contract where you only need to teach one course, four days per week, over a 9-month period, with a 12-month salary. The contract also allows for no work obligations during the summer. However, given the non-renewable nature of the contract and my age, I will not be advancing to the next stage. On a positive note, the interviewers were very friendly! And, the pay and work load is great plus for young researchers aims to apply for academic job.

Wasn't really friendly during the interview, and it felt like they wanted someone who attended West Point for the job. I didn't get offered for the next round, and I was kind of glad, they didn't have a lot of sympathy.
