Interview
The Regional Manager was clearly passionate about both their job and the company , they were patient whilst i thought of answers and really took their time to get to know me in the interview. I had lots of questions at the end and they didn't rush through them , they answered them all in full. I had several interviews - a telephone interview, face to face and a trial and everyoine i spoke with were incredibly knowledgeable about their job .

What skills i have that were applicable to the role & how i would handle a difficult situation.
1 hour of questions, including situational based questions, such as “provide an example of when you went above and beyond for a colleague”
And asked why you wanted to work there and what you’re most looking forward to doing.
