I applied online. I interviewed at Western Governors University (Reno, NV) in Jan 2020
Interview
The first interview was with an internal recruiter for WGU and it went very well. She asked relevant questions, was friendly, and then told me detailed information about the position benefits and schedule. It was recorded. The recording was reviewed by the team and then I was asked for the next round of interviews. This was a group interview with 3 people at once. Each of them had their own agenda with their line of questions. One person could not even turn their camera on for the interview. One of the questions was if I was okay with the salary, which I do not think should be asked during a group interview with the potential for no offer (just my opinion).

The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Western Governors University
Interview
Two phase online interview. First was a basic screening- essentially going over my resume. Second was more in-depth to determine whether I was a good fit. From the questions I inferred that this was more of a sales position than anything educational. Essentially calling the students and cajoling them into finishing their class.
