Was called in. Asked about experience in the food industry. Given a rundown about the job. Asked if I was a student. Some personal questions. Offer was given. Hire.

Very upfront and straight to the point. The IT Director was direct, explained what he wanted out his employers. The Network Administrator/Manager, also told me what he expected out of me, both guys were easy going on the interview, and awesome to work for!
