The process was actually pretty quick and informal. What was scheduled as an initial interview ended up being more in depth than what I have experienced as a traditional initial interview for past roles. Felt like it should have been communicated more clearly that it was a first round interview versus initial interview.

Interview
I submitted resume and cover letter. They conducted an introductory 30 minute interview. A few weeks later, I had a second interview for 30 minutes with multiple interviewees. There was a case study type question but mostly personal questions to get to know your management and leadership style.

The interview process was over the phone. It was not hard at all. Basically if you got a phone call you get the job. The people are very nice and make jokes during the interview. Casual and fun
